General information needed for a Lead:
- Customer name
- Customer contact information (phone, email, etc.)
- Service or products they are interested in
- Time frame they need the service or products
- Date you received the lead
- Who is expected to make contact next (the customer will make contact or the LINX member)
- What Information you provided to the customer about the LINX member's business (name, business card,
phone number, flyer, website info, etc.)
